Four of us spent 2 nights in August. I was initially concerned about lack AC during our hot spell, but it was not really a problem. The house is spacious, and the kitchen is VERY well supplied with everything one would need, for both cooking and tableware. Be aware all bedrooms are upstairs. As others have noted, the decor is dated but comfortable. This would be a great house for a larger gathering because of the ample seating inside and out. The home was very clean, and the sparkling hot tub was a real plus. The bikes and passes to the rec pool facility were nice touches, too.

Wonderful New Years Skication

Wonderful place for a Skication to Mt Bachelor and exploring Sunriver. We loved the spacious kitchen and living room for family time, and the location was a 6-minute drive to Sunriver village for ice skating, shopping, and Sunriver Brewing. The hottub was perfect for soaking our ski muscles.

Family Ski Vacation

We came to Sunriver for a family ski vacation and the rental was perfect, clean. There was a small issue which was responded to and taken care of immediately. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for 6 of us.

Great home for a getaway

Hidden gem

Very nice property. Lots of room, extremely clean, and nice and quiet. It comes with everything you need in the kitchen too. Lots of books, videos, bikes, hot tub and wifi for games. Lots of windows to watch the deer roam and eat among the trees. I would book here again.

Need to work on electrical outlets.

The place was fairly clean and well stocked. But, none of the bathroom outlets work, and many of the others are outdated and are very loose so when you plug things in, they slip out of the socket.

OK but not great

This house was fine for the average nightly rate, but overpriced for the peak season rate, which is what we paid. It does come with SHARC passes and has a good hot tub- those are the highlights. Only two of the bikes provided were functional. The blinds didn't work in three rooms, an issue which dates back to 2019, based on the other reviews. That seems like an easy fix. Garbage disposal was not working, and though I called for maintenance, no one ever showed up. Generally needs some updating- more comfortable beds, new living room furniture, better fans/ other cooling solutions for these perennial heat waves.

Lovely Stay

Great house and hot tub! No A/C but our room had a fan which helped a lot. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to cook a nice big meal.

Clean, well stocked. No AC on the hottest days ever in the Package NW. A couple of fans helped made it barely ok. Bikes on property were VERY welcome. WiFi was fast, TV package extensive. Window shades need a bit of attention, one is missing entirely, two in the bedrooms did not work. Definitely be a fine place though and we were happy there.

Thanksgiving retreat

Our family of 4 enjoyed a chance to get away together. The house was comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. Only thing we could have used was more kitchen / hand towels.

Not at all as advertised, reeked like cat urine!

I am fairly confident that the owner/friends/property management company are writing reviews for this property. In almost every recent review of the property, there is mention that it has been “completely updated”, “recently renovated”, etc. Those are blatant lies, and I say that quite objectively. The most disgusting and disturbing part of the house was the fact that their carpets reek of cat urine. The property management admitted that they already knew this but yet have done nothing to fix the problem. After our trip, I contacted the management company and expressed my disappointment. They asked me to email them prior to posting a review to see if they could help mitigate the situation. I received no reply for 20 days, and it wasn’t till I emailed them again where they told me it took too long to receive my email and now the case is closed for any “financial editing”. I wish I could fit more in here on this review as the house was falsely advertised and we were extremely disappointed!

Great for Families with Young Kids.....With a Catch!

This house fit our needs for the weekend perfectly! We have a toddler and a crawling 9 month old and I was nervous about finding a house that would allow us to relax without baby proofing! The house is very clean, fully stocked and comfortable. They have done some remodeling and have done a very nice job. A couple things I didn't notice in the pictures were that there is a sunken living room and base board heaters. We taught our daughter to scale the one step to the living room and she quickly caught on so that became a non issue. We did have to watch her around the heaters but didn't have any problems. We found a highchair, baby gate and pack in play in the house but they weren't mentioned. Just wish we would have known so we didn't bother bringing our own, but not a big deal. There seemed to be some mixed reviews on the bike situation. There are 4 bikes I believe. We brought our own to be safe, but didn't need to. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great weekend!
