Loved it! Beautiful location and a the house was perfect for our needs. The downstairs living area was great for my teenage boys. They also loved being able to walk into the old mill district. It was an easy drive minute walk and felt so safe. Bend was gorgeous and we had a great long weekend in town.

We had such a great time! The house was extremely clean and exactly as it was advertised in the listing. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the floaters going down the river. We mostly kept our car at the house and were able to walk everywhere that we needed to go. It was fun to listen to the bands play each night at the amphitheater. We are already looking forward to coming back soon! Thank you so much.

In awe!

The property is absolutely perfect for a stay in Bend. This was our first time visiting. We biked and walked from the property to Riverbend park and elsewhere to eat. We loved the balconies! This home has so much space and allowed for the perfect amount of togetherness and privacy for our group. We could not have loved our accommodations more! We would recommend this property to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your place with our family and for being a top notch rental service.

Done Right

A rental without second-hand junk. This rental has necessary items like kitchen plates, utensils, etc., purchased for the rental. Very annoying going to a rental with old second-hand stuff. As it should be with all VRBO rentals, purchased for it. Sadly, few VRBO rentals are done right as this one is. The living room furniture needs a refresh. The location and views are the best in Bend, hands down. Highly recommend.

Theater drive

Everything was great. We have stayed here before and loved it. Only thing to mention is a few things need attention-the bikes, replace patio cushions, toaster needs replacing, remove chipped glasses. We would happily stay here again.

Wonderful Venue

A fantastic location, great view, and perfect location for a combination of hiking in the morning and walking to breweries in the afternoon. House was clean, had all needed amenities, and in great shape. I actually looked to see if I could book it again later in the year, but unfortunately it was already booked for the time I wanted. If it is available, I will be booking this place again next year.

Incredible Views in Bend

Perfectly located on the river trail and the bustling Old Mill District, this lovely townhouse is large and comfortable. The home has fantastic views of the river, snow covered mountains to the left and the walking path along the Deschutes! Easily walk into town or go the other direction and follow the river through the forest. Home is well equipped and comfortable (especially the master’s king bed! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great riverfront location

A group of friends stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend. The location is convenient and walkable to the Old Mill District and the views to the river and mountains are awesome. This property was nice for three couples as we all had our own private space with 2 king ensuites, but the queen bedroom on the bottom level could be considered an entire suite with its own living space. What could potentially make this better is if there were more side chairs in the living room for gathering. In warmer months, the outdoor space could help extend the seating options. We did have an issue with our oven (that did not heat beyond a certain temperature or shut off) and could have been an issue if we were cooking a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. I called the management office the next day and they offered to send someone out, but I declined as we could get by without it. The microwave oven functions as a small convection oven. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. It would also be nice to stay here in summer as the the float drop in area is nearby down the river path.
