Good, but one of the room having some pipe noise needs to be fixed, overall we enjoy the stay and like the environment.

We normally come here every New Years, this year was much different. The restaurant couldn’t sell alcohol and the food was not great. Huge disappointment as we love to go have drinks and appetizers in the evening and let the kids play. Communication with the front office and what was actually happening around the resort was off. They told us there was no ice skating because men’s hockey was going, come to find out there was no hockey, and ice skating was open. Kids forgot their swimsuits, called to ask if they had any in the shop and they said no. We go to the shop the next day and they have swimwear. Was told by the front office we could check out late, but then later they said they shouldn’t have authorized that and to call vacasa. Couldn’t get a clear answer from them. The room it self was ok. No oven so plan accordingly. There was a loud ticking noise that was going all night that drove everyone crazy. Looking at a previous review there was a complaint about it a year ago and was noted it would get taken care of. Definitely didn’t! The people above us were so loud. The pool and hot tub were nice. Wish the mini golf would get an update.

Room and activities for everyone.

Quick drive to the Mt. Quick drive to town. Fun outdoor activities. Loved that each bedroom had there bathroom. Great for two couples and kids to share the place.

Seventh Mountain break

First the good: We were there at the perfect time of year cuz my kids spring break from school ice skating was open. The swimming pool was open miniature golf, pickleball frisbee golf tons of stuff for the kids to do. The room was nice. The beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean which was great. Then the less good. Check-In was a nightmare. Instruction said check in at the reception desk. They had no idea and no sign of our reservation. I had to go through a whole process which took about 20 minutes just to get checked in. Then there was this obnoxious ticking sand going on every 15 minutes from about midnight to 10:00 in the morning. Other random times during the day as well but it was loud like woke us up out of a dead sleep loud. I have no idea what it was but it was obnoxious we almost left. The kitchen was not well equipped. There was enough stuff to get by but no oven and no good pots and pans to make anything or Skippy on the toilet paper which is just odd.

Weekend get away

The check in process was quick and personal. The 3 bedroom apartment was clean and fit our family of 8 needs well. We were disappointed that one of the pools and hot tubs was closed for construction and the other hot tub jets could not be used. The mini golf needed some maintenance, but overall the property was clean and secure.

Property was mostly as described. Clean and ready to use. But. There were broken closet doors and trash can lid was missing. One bed was comfortable. Other beds not so much. Outside the door was some dog poop. and since it was down stairs the entry was damp and mosquitoes hanging out there. Not very inviting. I communicated with someone via text but never heard from anyone. As for the facility. It was less than kept up. One of the pools was kept open even though the filter was not working. It was very cloudy. And they just put more chlorine in. And others areas Needed maintenance. Check in process was weird since I rented through vrbo but registration did not know anything about it.

Annual trip

The description on website does not match what is there. Shows king,queen and 3 twins! We had a king a double and one twin bed with 2 very small chairs that when opened up looked like a camping cot! No way an adult could have Slept on it. 2 bathrooms had maybe a 1/4 if a roll of toilet paper, one floor lamp was the only light in the living room and there was no light bulb in it. Dead batteries in 2 of the remotes for the tv’s! When we arrived the refrigerator was in the middle of the floor we had to push it back to get in the room! Very disappointed !
