"Out family has stayed here a few times evey time is always nice.As soon as u enter the property you know its a safe quiet and chill vibe.Deers roam the property early in the a.m and at night its nice to see them so close. Fishing dock is short walking distance from ur comfy rooms. Great AC, smart tvs,great water pressure. Property manager answers ur messages pretty quickly and it just nice overall 👌"

"Our extended family of 6 ranging from 10 to 75 stayed at the Cottage and all had a wonderful time. Ty is a great host and he and his wife gave us a tour of the property which is absolutely amazing! We were able to feed the giraffes and TANK! My daughter said feeding princess the giraffe was the best experience she had during our week long adventure in Texas! Only wish we would have stayed longer! Thanks Ty for a wonderful time. "

"The availability of kayaks and paddleboards for our group to use was a nice perk of this property. The weather was perfect for us, so most of our time was spent outside. In the heat of summer, I would imagine the shade over the pool would be great. Since we were enjoying the end part of spring with a cooler day, the temp of the pool was a little cold to enjoy, but we did enjoy the hot tub. "First let me say this is our second summer in this house…The property is amazing to house a bunch of adults … no rooms full of bunk beds thank you! "My husband and i really needed a few days away to relax with the dogs. This place could not be more perfect. Beautiful yard, great view of the water and the dock is in great shape. Our dogs loved it and even seemed more relaxed. The kitchen was great, enough room to cook your favorite vacation meals. The place may not be new but it’s super clean and cozy. The bed is extremely comfortable and it was so quiet we slept great. We will be back as soon as possible!"

"Really enjoyed our time at your home. It was huge! 3 comfortable bedrooms upstairs with a room for the kids downstairs which they loved.The game room was such an added bonus for us too.Prior to our arrival, a huge rainstorm occurred which left leaves & small limbs in the beautiful yard but after some cleanup it certainly didn’t hamper our time there.The rain actually was welcomed as the river was up & allowed kayak trips down from the “slab” several days along with floating/ swimming right off...
