The villa would be great if there was some investment in maintenance. The majority, if not all, of the drains in the baths were clogged. In fact, we had to resort to plunging one of the showers to avoid it from overflowing. Many of the showers leaked and most of the heaters did not work which was problematic in November. Many lightbulbs were out and the area rug in one of the bedrooms was absolutely disgusting. There is also a huge ant problem. And lastly, it was frustrating that although we were a group below what the house could accommodate, we would frequently run out of hot water for showers. Again, the villa has potential and the location is great but these maintenance issues were irritating. We did not receive any response from the owner when we reached out about these issues.
