• Accumulation of rubbish inside the accommodation. It is the guest's responsibility to dispose of rubbish in the street containers indicated in the guide before departure.

• External and Third-Party Works: We cannot be held responsible for continuous dirt (such as dust or debris on terraces and outdoor areas) or for noise or disturbances caused by construction, renovation or maintenance works carried out outside the property by third parties (adjoining plots, neighbouring homes or public roads). As these are activities outside our management, we have no control over their schedules or intensity, and their existence will not entitle you to refunds or compensation.
