Maintenance and Cleaning: The accommodation must be returned in reasonable conditions of order and cleanliness. We reserve the right to apply additional charges, which will be deducted directly from the deposit, in the following cases:
Excessive general dirt in the property.
Considerable amount of unwashed dishes.
Accumulation of rubbish inside the accommodation. It is the guest's responsibility to dispose of rubbish in the street bins indicated in the guide before departure.
Irreversible damage to towels and bedding (makeup, creams, chemical products).

As these are activities outside our management, we have no control over their schedules or intensity, and their existence will not entitle you to refunds or compensation.
