The kitchen includes: ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric water heater, toaster, etc. Bedding (bed linen and towels) is included. Elevator in the complex.     Recently modernized in 2021, this apartment can comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 children and is completed with a southeast-facing terrace that has the most impressive views of Benalmádena beach. You can enjoy the afternoon sun while contemplating the spectacular coastal views.

    Just a few steps from the bedroom, there is a large recently modernized bathroom that is clean, bright, and has a large glass-covered shower with plenty of space for toiletries, etc.



    The official capacity of the apartment is 3 people according to current regulations. If you have any special needs or are a group of 4, do not hesitate to consult us before booking.



    The air conditioning in this apartment has an automatic timer as an energy saving measure. Please note that no claims related to this functionality are accepted.

Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.



    CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15th to September 15th - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.



    POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)



    The opening hours of pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closure.



    PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.



    Community satellite television, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.
