Bathroom: A fully equipped bathroom with everything you need for your comfort.
The Terrace: The star attraction of the apartment. A charming private terrace ideal for enjoying breakfast al fresco or sipping a glass of wine at sunset, admiring the spectacular views of the ocean and the surrounding mountains.
Common areas: You'll have access to the complex's swimming pools, perfect for a refreshing dip and sunbathing.

You'll have access to the entire house! Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Access is via digital key.

The accommodation is located in the Jupiter Building in a privileged and peaceful area, ideal for those seeking tranquility without straying far from local attractions. You'll be surrounded by a natural environment perfect for mountain hiking, yet just a short distance from the coast to enjoy the beach. Nearby, you'll find local shops, supermarkets, and small restaurants where you can sample the local cuisine.

Getting around the area is very easy. Just a few minutes' walk away you'll find bus stops (public transport) that connect directly to the town center and the main beaches. If you prefer to travel at your own pace, getting around by car or taxi is very convenient, and access to the main roads and highways is quick and easy.

To ensure a pleasant stay and comply with current regulations, please read our rules carefully before booking:
Legal Registration: Mandatory for guests aged 14 and over (Order INT/321/2021). Access will be denied if online registration is not completed.
Quiet and Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. The apartment has a noise sensor. Exceeding 75dB or tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited both in the apartment and in the building's common areas.
Cleaning: Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken outside the building upon departure.
Pets: No animals of any kind are allowed (including assistance animals).
Visitors: Access is prohibited to anyone not included in the reservation.
