Charming apartment in Arroyo de la Miel perfect for couples and small families. This cozy 42 square meter space offers a comfortable and intimate lodging experience with capacity for up to 3 people.



The apartment has a terrace with beautiful views of the sea and La Paloma Park. Its location is optimal as it is located in a residential area in the center of Arroyo de la Miel, about 8 minutes walking from the train station and 15 minutes walking to the beach.



The interior is completely equipped with all the necessary amenities. It has a room with a double bed and a sofa bed, which allows for a flexible distribution for different types of travelers. It has air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster.



Perfect for couples or small families looking for a centrally located, bright, and cozy accommodation in Arroyo de la Miel. Pets and smoking are not allowed inside, and failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine of 100€.



A penalty of 200€ per hour is established in case of not respecting the exit time rules of this accommodation.



The pool will be open from June 1st to September 30th, however depending on the date of your trip we recommend consulting beforehand to confirm that it is open on your dates. In the pool area you will find loungers for rent at a price of 2-3 € each.
