"Great place "

"Our stay was a short one while we were visiting our daughter who lives less than a mile away. We spent most of our time at our daughter’s house and really only slept at this property. It was very clean and well-stocked in a great neighborhood and within walking distance of a number of great eateries and small shops. "

"Plenty of room and good setup for a work trip. Close enough to downtown to make getting to convention center an easy uber or bike ride. Great backyard to chill out in. And waaaay cheaper than a downtown hotel!"

"Wonderful renovation job, very sleek, modern, and comfortable. Plenty of room for the whole family. VERY clean and a well stocked kitchen for anyone who likes to cook family meals. Fun games for the kids, cool patio with gas fire pit. Easy 10 min walk to the beach. Nice location for day trips exploring sites like Monterey Bay Aquarium, Big Sur, and much more! We wished we could stay longer "

"It’s close to the convention center making it easy to come and go. It was easy to find with the clear directions. The gate to enter does get stuck a bit. The porch light wasn’t on but our cell phone flashlight worked just fine accessing the key. It was a tad stuffy when we walked in but there there was a box fan and ceiling fan accessible making it quite nice. The bottom bunk was very comfortable. The top bunk mattress could be better. My daughter graciously took the top. It sinks in the middle....
