Apartamentos en Belvedere

"This VRBO is a mixture of good and bad. The unit itself was very clean; parts of it were new/well kept, others were pretty bad & worn out. The location & the price was reasonable for a bay area visit. When I made the reservation, I sent a message to the host about us & why we were visiting, they made no response.Entrance is difficult to find, located on winding roads & small or unmarked driveways. The gate is new and worked well. Numerous vehicles parked everywhere, some covered with tarps....

"Great location - really close to Old Mill Park, DipSea Steps, and Equator Coffee. The large dedicated parking spot makes it super easy for even the largest vehicles to fit. Host was great! Felt really clean, and the gas fire feature in the backyard was a bonus. Nice warm gas fireplace really helped out at night as well. Super quiet area, and has a new full size washer and dryer onsite. Would love to stay here again!!!"

"Great location, and the reserved street parking spot was really key. Good communication, and easy entry/exit using the keypads. Some areas for improvement: There's some noise leakage from upstairs in the mornings (news radio? loud TV?); the water in the shower never gets very hot; and the touchscreen thermostat only lists "upstairs" as an option, which made us wonder how we could adjust the temp downstairs (where the apartment is). But overall, it's a good 1BR apt in a very convenient and fun...

"This is a tough one to review, honestly. We didn't end up staying. The location was great, the tree house vibe was awesome, my kid loved the porch swing, and it appeared clean/neat inside. But it smelled very musky! We debated about what to do and ended up deciding not to stay. The place is surrounded by cement walls on two sides, so while we didn't see any evidence of mold, it was reasonable to worry there might be. We would have been concerned about air quality/mold spores during our whole...

"Great stay, friendly host. Loved the hot tub!"

"We had just a short stay but it was very comfortable and relaxing. The space is cozy and the hot tub was great to use. Communication was great, I definitely felt able to reach out if we had any problems. I found the other reviews on here helpful for knowing exactly what the space would be like and grounding expectations."

"The property was not cleaned before we came. Dirty linens and towels with no clean ones available. The host never responded… the host’s phone# and email address given were invalid The location was nice"

"If you have trouble with stairs don't stay here. Lovely place but the drive to the house is difficult. And then the stairs up to your room, oh my. I had to leave after one night as I just couldn't face them daily. And having to drive the narrow, twisting road at dusk was frightening. It was a great room and the quiet was outstanding. Host was a lovely lady. Just I'm too old for all the climbing."
