Beautiful home, wonderful neighborhood

As usual, this home was fantastic. We reserve this property at least once a year, love the neighborhood and convenient location. The twin beds in two rooms are perfect for the kids, bathrooms are roomy, kitchen is well stocked for coffee, tea, and cooking! Friendly, kind host, excellent communication. Wonderful house in a great location!

This was our third stay, and there's a reason (or 10) for that. Roomy house, well-appointed kitchen and baths, fantastic neighborhood, and a communicative, accommodating host. We will stay here each trip to Belton when available! As always, thank you Tom.

Great House in Belton

I have stayed at this property twice now and am booked to return again. The house is always immaculate, with everything you need in their full kitchen. The hosts are very organized and responsive to any questions/needs. It is my go to location when available. The house is also in a great neighborhood with a walking path which I enjoy using. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful Stay

We were in town for my niece’s graduation and wanted something other than a hotel for a couple days. This house was super clean, had a very nice interior, and you can tell they truly take care of the property. The neighborhood was also gorgeous and close enough to everything without being in the middle of it all. Highly recommended a stay here if you are in the Belton area. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great Overall

We were moving to the area and needed a longer stay until we could close on our house. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet with large trees and we felt safe having our kids ride bikes down the road. The home had all the comforts we’d want for a several week interlude and the owners were incredibly responsive and gracious.

Fantastic!

First let me say that Tom is the most responsive, gracious host I've had the pleasure to deal with in my 15 years of renting properties with Vrbo/Homeaway. We rent for 7-10 days at a time when we travel, and we "settle in" for that time - this property is perfect for that! Lovely newer home, excellent neighborhood, and close to Temple shopping. Loved the open concept kitchen/living room with having the kids & grandkids over constantly during the holiday week. Kitchen is nice size, well stocked, plenty of coffee/tea accoutrements, nice sized pantry for storing groceries if you cook most meals like we do. I really appreciated the little things I usually forget (ziplock bags, parchment paper, scissors, etc). Having both a breakfast room table AND 8-seat dining table was wonderful, too. The three available bedrooms are nice size with dressers and big closets (both utilized for bulky winter travel), beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are also nice, good size, very clean. Big backyard with a playhouse that granddaughters loved, and the adults appreciated the outdoor table and chairs. You will have a hard time beating this one for location, price, and host. Great place for families

This is a great property for families. It was one of the nicest rentals we have been to, and the neighborhood was also super nice. The owner was attentive to our needs and made us feel very welcome. The play house in the back was very exciting to our 16 month old. I completely recommend this for your next rental get away.
