Hi Doreen, I am so sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay to the fullest at my property and wish that you would have communicated these issues with me during your stay as I would have been more than happy to accommodate you and your family to the best of my ability. I am always looking to improve my guests' experience and have taken your feedback into consideration as described below. I have already purchased additional storage for all bedrooms which can be found in each closet and added a kettle and toaster to the kitchen. Please keep in mind that I have been running this location for a number of years and have never received these requests or I would have gladly accommodated them as I have done now with this feedback. About a year ago VRBO removed the ability to be able to send my guidebook virtually so I will work on alternative options to provide but I am always available for questions and recommendations in the area. In regards to the cat hair comment, I can confirm that this is not accurate. I do not allow pets in my property for multiple reasons and have not done so during the entire duration of my property being available for rent. I have the property cleaned professionally between each stay and perform quality control checks as well so it is not clear to me what you encountered but either way I am sorry that your experience wasn't what you hoped. Lastly, I love what I do and enjoy providing families and couples with a great place to enjoy everything that the Jersey Shore has to offer year in and year out and I plan on continuing to offer the best experience I can to those that stay at a Shore Thing in Belmar.
