Despite having a fully confirmed Expedia booking for 9 nights, my wife, two children, and I were denied check-in on arrival. "The staff were very unfriendly. They tried to put us in a very small room with a bunk bed when we had booked a double bedroom. The beds were never made, no soap. No replacement towels. No bins in the room."
