"Room was cold (not main building). Luckily had an electrical heater in my room. EV charger required a local card and hotel did not know how it worked. Very nicely decorated reception/restaurant area. Restaurant was quite expensive compared to quality and quantity of food. Breakfast was very poor with very limited selection. Person at reception in the morning for check-out was not able to communicate in English. Of course you cannot expect fluency, but a bare minimum should be expected for...

Der Gast entscheidet täglich, ob das Zimmer gereinigt und die Handtücher ausgetauscht werden sollen. Zum Essen im Hotelrestaurant empfiehlt es sich, einen Tisch zu reservieren. Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig, um die Umgebung von Leer zu erkunden. Zudem ist das Zentrum von Leer fußläufig erreichbar."

"I have been 3 times at this hotel, two of them in 2024 before the renovation that is currently ongoing. Rooms have been renovated, they are very big, with a fridge and tea facilities, complimentary water, big desktop and big TV. Best is the breakfast, with a big variety of hot and cold food as many sorts of fruit, so you would think it is more a 4 star than 3 star hotel. Bread is excellent. Once I forgot my teeth irrigator in the room and next time I could pick it up as they kept it (many thanks!)."
