Property is very old. Lock for Balcony glass door and mess door were broken. Blower was not working, but when I reported it the guy was able to fix the issue. All together an average experience.

The property has improved since the previous hotel brand that owned it. There has been an attempt to work on the property, however there is a way to go for sure. The attention seems to be in improving the foyer area(s). The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were very clean. The room seems to need some touch ups. The wallpaper is peeling in more than a few places, the room entrance door is not hung properly so I needed to put a shoulder to it in order to enter the room. This would not be feasible for some guests. It would have been nice to have a chair or two on the balcony so as to be able sit out there. There were none to be found and that explains why more than a few balconies had the office chair out there. I considered doing this, but I did not. The ice machine on floor 3 is OUT OF ORDER. I did not go to the 4th floor, as I expected the same. The "breakfast included" did not impress me. I am familiar with the offerings of other hotels and this was extremely limited in it's offerings. Once again there was on OUT OF ORDER sign on the coffee machine, so there was no possibility to acquire hot water to have a tea (although tea packages were offered in the basket. In the end, my wife and I chose to find our breakfast elsewhere. In summary I will say that at $107.00 a night the Ramada Harbourview was worth what was offered in comparison to other Hotels in the area that charged $160.00 for the single night. I would reserve here again

Bathroom was outdated.. Bed was worn out - lumpy. Breakfast while free was limited and not recommended. Tim Hortons offers better coffee and more choices for breakfast etc.

Upgraded to a suite facing the marina. A very nice treat. Great room, great view, and a very comfortable place to stay. No complaints and the location is great.

The breakfast was a total disappointment, Just eggs, no meat. Limited bread that constantly needed to be replemished but the girls didn't see until asked. Limited coffee, milk, and other foods small in number and the bowls holding the butter, cream cheese and other condiments for discustly dirty.

The main lobby and the rest of the 1st floor are well-maintained. However, the room themself were a bit dated and showed its age. The hotel is also located in a somewhat "remote" area, far away from the rest of the town. Not a problem if you have a car.

For the price, it was a great deal. Building is somewhat dated but our room was kind of updated. It was quiet at night. There is a pool, gym and breakfast included. For the time we spent there and in the room, it was a good deal. Would probably return.

Breakfast needs bacon or sausage ! There are still a lot of people like me that eat that . People at Tim Hortons who might not allow it in their homes serve sausage and bacon in their breakfast sandwiches . No reason not to have it in your hotel .

The harbour view is beautiful and from the outside this looks like a high-end hotel. We also liked the indoor pool. This was not a cheap hotel cost-wise. However, the current management appears to be running it into the ground. We saw a room door with a large hole in it. The lobby on our floor (3rd floor) was hideous. The door to the balcony was off the track and was very difficult to slide. We also found that the workout machine that we wanted to use in the small gym was broken, as well as the ice machine was out of order.

The check in staff were friendly, but the rooms are very dated with stained tub and wallpaper peeling. The bed was so bad it had a big indent in it. The so called hot breakfast is not. I would never stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone. I have never given a hotel a review like this before.

First off, I want to start this review with praising the amazing staff. They are all friendly, helpful and polite. The breakfast area was bright and sunny- though we were disappointed we were not allowed to bring food up to our room (as per the sign on the door)… breakfast in bed is the best part of a hotel stay. It was a bit of a bummer. Downsides? The hotel is an absolute wreak. There was dried urine on the back of our toilet, the dust on things like the pictures, bed frame and the corners of the room were horrifying. We tried to find another hotel to move to, but everything was booked and we were stuck having to stay there. The hotel is incredibly dated- the elevator areas on the 4th floor were full of stains, the ceilings aged to yellow, and the corners are crumbling. Weirdly, the elevator itself was lovely.

Quality versus price was fair . The hotel itself is a bit neglected but was tolerable for what I needed . I was accompanied by my 12 year old for a tournament so he didn’t pay attention to the wall paper peeling off the walls, or the patio door being hard to shut or that the sound from the hallways . Pool area was ok . Personality I wouldn’t use it but the kids enjoyed it . Breakfast was convenient and for it being included in the price I’d say it was reasonable. I wouldn’t recommend for a romantic or therapeutic stay but for a in and out it was fine .

My girlfriend and I booked through Expedia for a discounted rate of $122 before taxes. We couldn’t be more disappointed. We stayed in a room beside a party room.The room itself was outdated, the ceiling panels were falling apart and there was mold. The air conditioning didn’t work and the lights were not turning on properly. With respect to our party neighbour, from 9PM-6AM the people that stayed in that room were loud, the music was loud and we could hear people yelling obscenities across the room. When we complained to the front desk the morning of our departure the staff member said she was sorry and did not elaborate further. I proceeded to ask if there was anything they could do because of our awful experience. We were told to contact Expedia directly. This is so disrespectful and it seems this hotel is trying to deflect their responsibility onto Expedia. I walked out in anger instead of getting angry at the staff. I don’t know if Ramada by Wyndham reads this or cares, but I want anyone who reads this to know this hotel is not worth it in the slightest. I’m looking for a proper apology by the hotel manager, corporate Ramada, a full refund and a thorough review of customer service and how they run operations at that hotel. Sincerely, A customer that never leaves bad reviews until now

You have booked your reservation with Expedia and that is the third party website. henceforth, mostly all kind of things are controlled/handled by them about the reservation (such as any amendments in the reservation or any sort of compensation). You have paid to them directly so this is the reason that you were requested to contact them about the compensation. Once again we are extremely sorry about the fact that you did not have a peaceful night.
