"Wow this was a great little VRBO, looks like they have been doing some upgrades. Very rustic location with decent proximity to Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Sedona, & Williams. Ample space inside & outside for a group of 6. We had 3. The outside space was well thought out for a group too! We used the fireplace, hot tub, & gas grill! Not to mention the fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar, pantry, and every kitchen spice you could possible want! Plus cold packs for our cooler. Towels for...

"The house was a comfortable and welcoming space for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and had plenty of coffee, which we all appreciated! The front porch was a great spot to relax outdoors, and although it rained during our visit so we didn’t get to use the backyard, it looked like a nice space as well. The neighborhood feels lived-in and local, with families and pets around, which added a friendly, homey vibe."

"The property is exactly as described! Super comfy, all necessities in the kitchen (the only thing missing was coffee filters). Very very clean! It’s probably the cleanest house I’ve ever stayed in. Pots/pans were great. Bathrooms are nice & they even had makeup remover wipes, cotton balls & Q-tips. We did not use the fire pit, but the hot tub was wonderful, clean & ready to go! Best of all it was close to NAU & Downtown. Great stay!"
