In Winter, The Driveway Will Be Plowed And Salted For Your Convenience, But Since It Has An Incline, We Recommend A 4-Wheel-Drive Vehicle During Snowy Conditions.

The Neighborhood Offers A Peaceful Retreat, Yet You’re Just Minutes From The Slopes, Five Championship Golf Courses, And The Charming Streets Of Downtown Bellaire With Its Local Shops, Restaurants, And Short’s Brewing Company. Hiking And Biking Trails Wind Through The Area, And The Central Location Makes It Easy To Explore Nearby Favorites Like Torch Lake, Traverse City, And Petoskey.



Getting Around:

Easy by car—ample driveway parking, 4WD recommended in winter, and just minutes to downtown, slopes, and trails.

You’ll find a QR code inside the home with easy instructions for using the fireplace. For safety, there are Ring cameras at the front and back doors; however, they will be turned off during your stay to ensure your privacy.



This home comes with the Shanty Creek Lakeshore hotel pool pass for summer and winter. They do not provide towels so be sure to bring one.
