We’ve stayed at this property several times now, and every single visit confirms that this is hands down the best ski-in/ski-out spot at Schuss. The location simply can’t be beat — it makes bathroom breaks, quick lunches, and warm-ups so easy and convenient throughout the day.The kids especially love the outdoor pool and hot tub — it’s the perfect way to relax and warm up after a full day on the slopes. That extra amenity really makes the stay even more memorable for our family.Everything about staying here makes our ski trips more relaxing and enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to coming back in 2027!

Fantastic ski-in/ski-out condo with an unbeatable location. Being able to step right onto the slopes made our trip incredibly convenient. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a cozy space to relax after skiing. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great snow!

This is the second time we've stayed in this unit and it was great both times. Last year we were skiing on dirt but the condo was nice. This year the condo was nice but the snow was incredible! Host has clear and easy directions and great communication.

Nice place to stay!

We stayed here because it was on a golf course and close to all of the other golf courses in Bellaire. It did not disappoint. It was clean, the communication with the owners was excellent, great location and had a well-stocked kitchen. It was very roomy. We aren't a skiing family but this would be a great location for those who ski! We would definitely stay here again and bring friends with us! Highly recommended.

Great stay

Our family with 3 generations all had a nice time , we swam, fished, golfed , and just had a nice visit, house had plenty of room . Beds were comfortable,and had very nice toilet paper .. we have spent a lot of time in this area, over the past few years. This house had a nice location, close to several of our favorite places. I feel the house is bigger than what the pictures show. It was nice, a very nice comfortable feeling , kids could go downstairs and play, and the noise did not travel too much.

Location, Location, Location

Our family friend group had the BEST time. The ski in/out was so convenient for us. Everything was walkable distance as well. The kids loved the outdoor pool, and the adults loved the hot tub. The condo was so spacious and comfortable. Chris was very easy to work with and his communication was great as well. We will definitely be booking again for next year.

Great Condo for Skiers

My family and I had a great time in this spacious condo right on the slopes. Easy access to pool and restaurants, too. Plenty of room for the nine of us. Clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay.

Beautiful Condo on the slopes!

This condo is in the perfect location. It is ski in/ski out and close to rentals and the pool! It is beautifully furnished and has plenty of space for a bigger group. It was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed to cook our meals! The view is perfect as you can watch skiers come down the hill that leads right to a lift. I highly recommend this property! It was perfect :-)
