The Space:

The Veloshire offers the kind of place you'll be happy to come back to after a full day of exploring Bella Vista. Thoughtfully furnished and designed with groups and families in mind, the home combines plenty of space to spread out with the warm, inviting feel of a true getaway.



The living room is made for relaxing, with comfortable leather seating, an electric fireplace, board games, and a 42-inch Samsung TV. Whether you're settling in after a day on the trails or enjoying a quiet night at home, there's plenty of room to gather together.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make breakfast before heading out for the day or prepare dinner when you return.

Bedrooms



The home features 3 inviting bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests:

• Primary bedroom: King bed

• Second bedroom: Queen bed

• Third bedroom: Two bunk beds with 2 twin beds and 2 single beds

Each bedroom includes a TV, room-darkening shades, hangers, and clothing storage.



Bathrooms

There are 2 full bathrooms, making mornings and evenings easy for everyone.

The beautifully appointed primary bathroom features both a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower.

The covered private deck is one of the home's favorite gathering spots.

When you're ready to explore beyond Bella Vista, Downtown Bentonville is about 8.5 miles away. Spend the day enjoying local restaurants, coffee shops, the Bentonville Square, or Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art.

Bella Vista Guest Passes:

Bella Vista is a private community with additional amenities available to guests with a guest pass. If you'd like to use community amenities, please request guest passes when booking. Guest passes are complimentary, although some amenities may have an additional fee.



Available amenities may include lake swimming, boating, fishing, fitness centers, outdoor pools, and pickleball courts. Access is subject to availability and community rules.



Trails and Outdoor Recreation:

Bella Vista and the surrounding area offer an extensive network of hiking and mountain biking trails, including Back 40, Blowing Springs, Little Sugar, Tanyard Creek, and Lake Bella Vista Trail.

Trail conditions and access can vary with weather and season, so we recommend checking current conditions before heading out.
