Perfect location for the wedding we attended.

It was very clean and offered everything you could want. Our trip was very short and we weren’t able to utilize the kitchen but had we stayed longer it would’ve been very nice.

Wonderful stay

Great house for my family to enjoy a week of mountain biking in. A very updated and comfortable home. Easy to access the riding trails and restaurants in Bentonville. We’ll be back!

Bella Vista

Great location. Close to a good restaurant for breakfast. a cool little beach on Lake Avalon, and an easy drive to Bentonville. Owner was responsive to any questions. Close to MTB trails as well

Easy, simple house perfect for small family

We came to bike. The house was awesome. A short drive to many trailheads. For more advanced-intermediate riders, you can ride right from the house. The kids each had a bed and we didn’t have to share a bathroom! We would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely Property

This is an adorable, well decorated home my daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed! It was cozy yet spacious enough to allow for privacy as needed. We had a wonderful stay and definitely appreciated all the nice details of this property.

Mtb weekend

Property has great location to trails,and was perfect for group of 4. Two issue are beds are uncomfortable ( brother in law slept on the floor)and streaming only for Tv is not ideal

Cute house in Bella Vista

I really want to give this place 5 stars. It was decorated so cute and it was very clean, it felt like walking into a brand new home. However, the bed wasn’t very comfortable for me or my girlfriend and the second bed we tried wasn’t comfortable either. Also, I think a few more towels and some bath soap would have been nice. Luckily, my girlfriend had some shower gel with her. I did like the location, it was close to our friends that had a Vrbo down the street from us. I would recommend, but I hope the owner upgrades the mattresses someday.

Perfect Mom Retreat!

The open floorplan, quiet neighborhood, and clean/boho design made for a perfect place for a group of mamas to refresh and plan things for moms in our community! Beds were comfy, house had pretty much everything we needed, and the only thing we asked about showed up on the doorstep within 10 minutes! (Talk about service!) Would 100% stay here again!

Beautiful property!

We were all very impressed with this property. Very clean and well maintained. One suggestion would be to have more than two garbage bags and two dishwasher pods available as we had to get more garbage bags and dishwasher pods because we searched all over and could not find any more than the two that were there. If you have a larger group that is staying for more than a couple of days they would need more garbage bags and dishwasher pods. Other than that small suggestion, I would totally recommend this property.

Amazing!

Unbelievable stay! Gorgeous house with an amazing view off the back porch. Less than 5 mins to a trail head but far enough from town to not hear car noise. Perfect stay!
