"The property was absolutely stunning. It was a perfect fit for our big family. I would certainly give this property an excellent review. There should be a little bit more seating in the living room area if you have a big family. The house is located on the river so there are many steps steps to get into the house and steps of course to get to the second floor so if you have any issues with hips, feet, etc. be prepared it may take you a little bit longer to get in and out. "Beautiful newly built apartments -- super clean- had everything we needed. About 15-20 min drive to UF but out of the way enough to feel peaceful. "Absolutely gorgeous little cottage on an acre and a half. The location was less than a mile from Fanning Springs and the boat ramp. We were very close to great bike riding in wildlife as well. The little cottage itself was perfect. Off grid a little so expect it but everything you would need for two people. "Love, love, love this place and will definitely be coming back if they'll have us. Lots of space to play games outside and spend some time with the family without other campers right next to you. You couldn't ask for more friendly hosts, everything was easy from checking in to checking out. They showed us around the property and told us about some of the springs as well. "Our stay was just what we hoped it would be. We enjoyed just relaxing as we watched the deer and turkeys come eat the corn we put out for them. We kayaked the Santa Fe river from behind the home to the mouth of the ichetucknee river and swam in the crystal clear spring waters. The cottage is located where you can easily access either the Santa Fe, Ichetucknee, or Suwannee rivers. We will definitely be returning."
