**Guest access**

Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay. Free parking is available directly in front of the garage, making arrival and unloading simple and convenient. Easy self check-in is provided.

Please note that we require a rental agreement to be signed prior to arrival. We will also verify guest identity before check-in.

This unit is pet-friendly for an added fee. Typically we allow one dog, though two dogs may be approved on a case-by-case basis pending our vetting process.

**Getting around**

Free parking is available onsite. A vehicle is recommended for exploring the surrounding area and enjoying everything Montana has to offer. Ride-sharing services may also be available nearby.

We understand plans can change, so here’s a quick rundown of our cancellation policy:

* Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
* 50% Refund: Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in.
* No Refund: Cancel fewer than 7 days before check-in.
* Special Case: Full refund within 48 hours of booking if canceled at least 14 days before check-in.

Note: A 4% processing fee applies to all cancellations (excluding Airbnb bookings).
To help ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone, please observe the following house rules:

No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco products is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours, typically from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No Large Gatherings or Parties: The property is intended for registered guests only. Large gatherings, parties, and events are not permitted without prior approval.

Pet Guidelines

We love our pets, and we love yours too!

We kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture whenever possible.
For your convenience, throw covers are available in the laundry closet to help protect furniture if needed.
Please clean up after your pets while on the property.
Extra dog waste bags are provided for your use.

Trash & Recycling

Please place all full trash bags in the trash container located by the garage.
Garbage collection day is Friday. If you are staying over collection day, we appreciate your help in ensuring trash is properly contained.
