Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt kontinentales Frühstück. Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße und ist ruhig. Die Haupt-Einkaufsstraße, der Kalamegdan Park oder auch Belgrader Waterfront sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Für einen Kurzurlaub zu empfehlen.

I enjoyed staying at the Sky Hotel in Belgrade. The staff were very kind and professional. I loved the location, close to city center. The breakfast was very good also. Thank you.

L'hôtel très bien situé, chambres spacieuses, literie très confortable, propreté irreprochable, petit déjeuner continental - beaucoup de choix sucré/salé... Personnel très aimable, à l'écoute et professionnel. Je recommende fortement cet hôtel.

Value for money
Once you know the route the -rather new- hotel turns out to be in the very midst of town. Friendly and helpful staff. A small well stocked supermarket is at < than a 100 metres. In our booking a decent breakfast was included (although we missed some yoghurt). Good mattresses and quiet surroundings. My room included a very large balcony, which should be nice in summer. I would definitely stay here again.

My worst stay in a Hotel booked via Hotels.com!
Instead of an VIP-Upgrade I got a downgrade! My room was at the ground floor, room no. 002, next to the Bar and the toilette! Very noisy! In the bathroom there is no mirror at the washbasin available, that´s really incredible! At the reception I asked for another room but it was not possible. Furthermore, I asked to book the airport transfer to my room but even that was not possible. The lady told me that I have to pay cash for the transfer and the taxi driver has no problem with change money even if I pay with a EUR 100,- note but finally he had no change money at the airport. I needed to seek for an ATM and I needed to withdraw money to pay the Taxi. Altogether it was very disappointing and one of my worst stays in a Hotel what I booked via Hotels.com!

Dear Mr. Gunter,You booked a standard double room, and this is the room you got. It was not a downgrade.VIP-Upgrade its not mandatory and it's based upon availability of our hotel. For this period all our Superior rooms were occupied otherwise we would of course give you free upgrade, and all our other rooms were also occupied. You posted this picture but on your right side there is a very large mirror. We do apologise regarding the taxi but sometimes these things can happen. You also had a choice to use the regular taxi and pay by the meter.We really hope that you didn't spend your time thinking what you will write about us and that you enjoyed our beautiful Belgrade.Kind regards.

Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε ψυγείο. Είναι πιο ακριβό για αυτά που προσφέρει. Το πρωινό είναι μικρό και κατώτερο των προσδοκιών. Δεν είχε στο πρωινό δωρεάν καφέ καπουτσίνο παρά μόνο φίλτρου παρά μόνο με εξτρα χρέωση.

Dear Mr. Leonidas,We have mini bar in every room. In your room it was below the tv, and since our reception is working 24/7 you could call and ask. Our breakfast area is maybe small, but we are small hotel, and our choice of food is more than enough for everyone with quality homemade food. We charge espresso coffee since the filter is free and at a very low and affordable price comparing to every other hotel.We are sorry we did not meet your high expectations, but we hope you at least enjoyed our beautiful city.Kind regards.

I actually was happy with this choice except for one thing-- the staff was friendly and helpful, and I really liked the perks of the onsite parking and the breakfast. The only thing I would note is that the mattresses were quite hard and the pillows were quite light and small. My partner and I both thought this, though everything else was good. For that reason, we don't think we would stay again.
