Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in Lozari, in the commune of Belgodère, we offer this charming 60 m² house with air-conditioning and mountain views, less than a kilometre from the beach. It has a swimming pool and can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room, plus a garden of around 500 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² air-conditioned living room with double sofa bed and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- An air-conditioned bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room open to the bedroom with walk-in shower
- A separate WC/utility room

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot and various childcare equipment, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private overflow swimming pool (4mx2.5m), heated and open from 1 April to 1 November. The pool is secured with an electric submerged cover (opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions).
- A 40 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
- A lovely 500 m² garden

The house is ideally located in Lozari, in the commune of Belgodère, in very pleasant surroundings. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

- Nearest ferry terminal: Ile Rousse 9km away (about 15 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Calvi 31 km (about 35 min by car)
