"La Dolce Vita is indeed the perfect hideaway. Located peacefully in the woods between Brügge and Gent, it is perfect for short trips to the sea or to a historic city. The stove brings a lovely warmth especially in the cold season. The chalet is cozy, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. "We kwamen voor de rust, die hebben we gevonden. Mooie omgeving, prima huisje. Qua huisje: de verwarmingen deden het gelukkig goed (mooi, want het was koud buiten), en het huisje was van alle gemakken voorzien en groot genoeg. Het gordijn in het doucheraam zou ik persoonlijk vervangen voor plakfolie op het raam. "

"Location and chalet was good but the communication with host was very difficult. I left multiple messages and even tried to call but there was no response from the owner. The dishwasher was not working and we were 6 people staying there so we had lots of utensils everyday to wash ourselves something you won’t think of doing on a vacation :P"

"We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Fonnie chalet (26.09 – 03.10). Alles was perfect: het huisje is netjes, gezellig ingericht en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. De tuin is prachtig en volledig omheind – ideaal voor onze 14-jarige hond, die zich meteen thuis voelde. De omgeving is rustig, met veel privacy en mooie wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt. Roel is een supervriendelijke en attente gastheer. We hebben genoten van elk moment en komen graag nog eens terug!"

"It would be kind of the owners to tell you that when you arrive at the accommodation, you must leave your car in the parking lot and hike to the trailer to get into the lock box, go back to your car so that you can open the gate to get to your accommodation.
