THE PROPERTY BREAKDOWN The property is arranged across three floors.
Ground Floor: Porch & Entrance Hallway – Welcoming entrance with bold décor and unique styling. Kitchen/Diner – Spacious and well-equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Tassimo Bosch My Way 2 coffee machine, toaster, wine glasses and ample cookware. A large dining area with table and chairs. Lounge – Comfortable seating, coffee table, electric fire, and additional dining table and large bi-fold doors offering panoramic countryside and sea views. Snug – Cosy reading space, perfect for quiet relaxation. Cinema Room – Six reclining cinema-style seats and projector. Utility Room – Washing machine, tumble dryer and additional storage. Downstairs WC, sink and mirror.
First Floor: Bedroom 1 – Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, drawers, built in wardrobe, mirror and chair. Bedroom 2 – Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, built in wardrobe, dressing table, mirror and chair. Ensuite – Electric shower, wash basin, WC and towel rail/towel warmer. Bedroom 3 – Super king bed, bedside tables and lamps, drawers, built in wardrobe, dressing table, mirror, chaise lounge, coffee table and open shelves. Ensuite – Electric shower, sink, vanity storage, towel rail/warmer and WC. Bedroom 4 – King size bed, bedside tables and lamps, drawers, dressing table, freestanding mirror with attached hanging rail. Family Bathroom – Bath, separate shower, WC, and double washbasins with storage.
Second Floor: Bedroom 5 – King-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, drawers, built in wardrobe, dressing table, mirror, floor chest and trolly. Ensuite – Bath, wash basin with large vanity storage, WC and trolly.
Outside: Garden – One acre of enclosed grounds bordered by hedgerows, with a large lawn ideal for games and relaxation. Decked Area – Outdoor seating and dining space, perfect for alfresco meals. Parking – Private parking for up to five cars. Dogs - Two small/medium well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional charge per pet, per stay.
