The Bresteau Annex

Located in Beillé, this 80 m² apartment welcomes up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen with coffee machine, a comfortable living room, individual air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms, and a TV. For space reasons, the sofa bed in the living room will not be unfolded or used as a bed during your stay.



Babysitting services and a ping-pong table are also available for your leisure.



Relax on your private, uncovered terrace on the ground floor, perfect for sunny days. A private barbecue is at your disposal for outdoor meals, as well as a covered shelter.



Free parking is available on site. Please note the parking area is under video surveillance and audio recording. Parties are not allowed. Smoking and wearing high heels on wooden floors are prohibited.



The hosts live on the estate but not in your accommodation. Please note a large staircase leads to the apartment (not accessible for guests with reduced mobility). You will stay in the heart of a 40-hectare estate, ideal for nature and heritage lovers. The location is perfect for fishing, karting, or tennis in Connerré, with a tennis court just 15 minutes’ walk away. The motorway exit is 3 km away, and the Connerré/Beillé train station is 1 km away, offering direct connections to Paris Montparnasse in 2 hours.
