Muy buen hotel, nuevo, limpio, con personal encantador, dispuestos a ayudarte y que hablan inglés. Habitaciones muy amplias y con cama muy buena. Facil para moverte en transporte público a las principales zonas de la ciudad. Organizan excursiones a la Muralla China a muy buen precio.

Beijing stay....

Nice hotel but it SHUTS DOWN the AIR CONDITION compressor after midnight and the temperature increases, so if you like to sleep nice and cool DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. It looks like a 4 star hotel but it FUNCTIONS AS A 2 STAR, watch it.... Will not return to it although the breakfast is good and the bed and pillows are very good. Also the English Speaking person is very bad. When we approach the administration their solution was that they would open the window so we could benefit from the cooler air from the outside which in Beijing carries a heavy smog content and noise from the huge amount of cars of the heavy traffic characteristic of the city. It sounded like a 3rd world country approach....

室内は広くて清潔、サービスに関しては満足。ただし、空調が不調で暑かった。 空港からはタクシーで約２０００円。時間帯によっては渋滞に注意。 一番近い地下鉄の駅まで、徒歩２０分強かかります。

部屋は良いが立地はちょっと

ホテル内部は比較的快適。部屋は、比較的ゆったりしている。バスルームも、バスとシャワーが別になっていてゆったりしている。wifiフリーで、TVで日本語放送もみられる。ただ宿泊した日は、空調がきかず部屋の中が28度にまで上がってしまい、窓を開けないと寝られない状態であった。立地はあまりよろしくはない。ホテルの向かいにスーパーが1件と、地元の小さな商店がいくつかあるだけ。地下鉄の駅や近くのショッピングモールまでは、歩くと20分以上かかってしまう距離。ホテル内にレストランはある。

Good business hotel

A bit out of the way if you want to do sightseeing, but it seems they are building a metro line close by so that might change. Good breakfast, friendly staff who can communicate well in English. Very pleased with the stay.

大学関係者もしくは、その近辺に業務がある人にはお薦めのホテルです

5泊しましたが、最初に１０００元（その日のレートで約2万円）をデポジットとして徴収され、チェエクアウトの日にしか戻って来ないと言われ、印象がとても悪くなりました。帰国便は、午後を取ってありましたので、午前中にお土産を買うように調整できましたが、以前上海に泊まった５★ホテルでは、このようなことがなかったので、びっくりしました。また、両替の時も、係が朝食だからとのことで（午前7時過ぎ）して貰えませんでした。 部屋は南向きの10階で、広さ設備とも満足でしたが、前の道路の交通量がかなり多く、深夜、早朝とも、かなりうるさかったです。部屋の管理については綺麗に保たれていて、満足でしたが、バスタブの掃除はいい加減でした。 北京の主要な観光地に行くには、ほぼ1時間30分ほどかかり、地下鉄の駅まではバスかタクシーしかありませんでした。私は、つい最近まで留学生として預かっていた学生が北京工業大学の学生で、寮に入っている彼女との待ち合わせ場所としてこのホテルが最適であったので、今回選びました。そういった＋アルファがないのであれば、次回は別のホテルに泊まるつもりです。

Mycket elegant hotell men avlägset beläget

Jag var på affärsresa kopplat till Beijing University of Technology, och hotellet ligger utmärkt beläget i förhållande till det. När det gäller allt annat så ligger hotellet en hyfsad bit från centrum och även från tunnelbana, så taxi eller långpromenad är det man får rikta in sig på om man skall ta sig någonstans. Hotellet är annars mycket elegant och har en bra restaurang på hotellet, samt även restauranger på bekvämt promenadavstånd. Prova till exempel den gigantiska uteserveringen snett över korsningen vid hotellet. Rakt över gatan ligger dessutom en supermarket om man vill handla lite billigare än på hotellets lilla butik (som har tredubbla priser mot normala butikspriser).

It is ok, not good.

The hotel is a little bit old. The furniture need to be changed. The handheld faucet in the bathroom leaks so badly. The location is not so good. It was hard to get taxi from the hotel to anywhere. Overall it is ok.

Nice quiet stay

Good business hotel. Probably not the best location for sight seer's. It was very convinient for my purposes. Room was a little bit warm but I did not mind after working in the cold Beijing environment!

設備が新しくきれいでサービスも中国にしてはよく満足です。8泊しました。しかし部屋の掃除はきちんとしてくれません。ゴミ箱のゴミを捨ててくれる程度。きちんと言わないと埃が溜まって行く一方でした。 立地ですが、SOLANAや大望路（地下鉄1号線の駅）までバスで1本で行けるため、特に不便は感じませんでした。

Отель красивый, в номере все чисто, сервис хороший, но неудобное расположение. До ближайшей станции метро надо было ехать на автобусе 15 минут. Еще около отеля нет мест с европейской пищей, да и китайских ресторанов рядом мало.

Vlakbij de campus van Beijing Technical University

We verbleven hier 10 nachten omdat we op bezoek waren bij onze zoon die als uitwisselingsstudent bij de universiteit studeerde. Het hotel ligt niet dicht bij de grote malls of uitgaanscentra maar de taxi's zijn goedkoop en als je de straatnaam in Chinese tekens hebt, kun je overal met weinig geld komen (ook al is het verkeer in Beijing razend druk). De bedden zijn comfortabel, net als de gehele kamer. Ze serveren een prima buffetontbijt, net als het diner. De kwaliteit van dit hotel is afgezet tegen de prijs: erg goed.

Grand Gongda Jianguo Hotel - Pechino

- Hotel in ottimo stato, ristrutturato di recente - Posizione periferica, pochi negozi, pochi ristoranti, in prevalenza parrucchieri (aperti fino a tarda ora) e un po' di prostituzione. - l'area però è estremamente sicura, nessun problema nel circolare la sera tardi. - 50 minuti in taxi dall'aeroporto - Distanza dalla stazione della metropolitana più vicina; 2 km circa (ma i taxi costano veramente poco!) - Stanza molto spaziosa con TV al plasma a muro e scrivania in cristallo come da foto nel sito - Pulizia e riodino della stanza un po' scarse...( i letti erano rifatti in modo sbrigativo e i bagni erano puliti alla meno peggio....)

全体として、快適でした。 部屋は清潔でインテリアもよく、何よりネットの接続がよかったです。 ただ、バスルームのドアが閉まらない（以前にドアの下部を修繕したようで、その部分が膨らんでしまっていてぶつかって閉じない）、ネットのケーブルの差し込み口が欠けているなどのメンテできていない部分がありました。 しかし、フロントをはじめ、ホテルの人たちの対応は良かったです。 欧米系の観光客も結構いて、外国人の対応にも慣れています。 難は、食事と立地条件でしょうか。 ホテルのレストランは、無国籍を目指したものの、何でこのセレクト？という料理メニュー。しかも、物（私が食べた中では「ミネストローネ」）によってはとんでもないお味。 ルーム・サービスのメニューは、オール中華です。 向かいに、スーパーと鍋の店があるだけ。 コンビニがないのが辛かったです。 公共交通機関は、バスで動松まで出て、そこから地下鉄になると思います。 あと、10階に泊まりましたが、クルマの音が結構、気になりました。 そうは言っても、（この辺りを基点としたい）私としては、常宿にしようと思うホテルです。

was an average room

The location was not good, not walking distance to the metro....For some reason we had a call to wake us up at 4am and every morning we got a call to ask if we wanted our laundry done...if we did not answer the phone they knocked on the door. The main rest. was def not worth the price not to mention they told us 100 and then tried to bill 130 and finally talked to a manager and paid 100 but did not go back...The food was not that great... Wifi was not very good either...The rooms were clean and nice and the staff for the most part was helpful. The tea room library was nice. The bed was very comfortable so if I had business in the area close I would consider staying here but would keep the do not disturb light on.....

Best choice in that area!

This hotel is far from the centre of Beijing. But if you need to be in that area then this is your best bet. Nice rooms. Staff speak good English.

The room is clean and tidy, but the location is not convenience. The lady of house keeping always is impatience, will ask you why you need the refill even they forgot to refill something after cleaning the room in the morning. Bad service of the lady.
