"Beautiful hotel and lovely little city. Not the best service however. Slow checkin as there was a large number of people ahead at the reception. Caused us to check in too late to be able to get any food or even a sandwich"

"The restaurant was closed as they were working in it. No warning before booking :( Breakfast was fine, but it was better when the restaurant was working. Several TV channels were not working at all. I said in reception, they told a technician would fix, but never showed up. Cleaning was not as good ..."
