The room, and general upkeep was top notch. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Smallest issue: The shower was not great. The water pressure was not ideal.

Excellent staff, room was good enough, bed very soft and could do with an uplift, some bits looked dirty because they were old and dated, rips in furnishings, limescale all over towel rail. Coloured bath mat. We didnt use spa facilities or pool but went looking for it and it was a nightmare to find ...

Lovely room clean well equipped with a safe ..fabulous food at breakfast… very safe with key card to open all entrances.. love the lift to front shops.. staff so nice and efficient… great speedy check in … lovely seating areas in reception and breakfast areas… we’ll definitely be back
