    Architect designed townhouse complete with all modern amenities for a wonderful stay in historic Beechworth, walking distance to all restaurants, cafes and unique historic activities including the Beechworth Jail, Beechworth Honey and Beechworth Gold. Recharge your body while you charge your car using the free Electric Vehicle Charging and bike storage. Separate secure studio rented separately off private hallway.
    Please be mindful of studio guests and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.

    Pets are only allowed downstairs and out of bedrooms please.

    No candles or flames.

    No shoes in the house.

    No events or parties allowed.

Absolutely gorgeous place. Host was great, check in easy. I was particularly impressed by the essentials in the kitchen cupboards! We loved our time in Beechworth and staying here. Thank you :)

The townhouse was immaculate! Super comfortable beds,great bathroom and kitchen. Extra bonus was a garage to use. It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

My first stay in Beechworth

Very nice property, very clean and with all we can expect. Feel like Home. Process to boo and communication with property manager was easy and efficient. I recommend this place.

A delightful weekend away in Beechworth. The house is well appointed and very clean with everything you would need. Check in was easy and we were pleased to find an EV charger in the garage. It was also a pleasure to be able to take the dog with us. Lovely stroll into town each morning. Highly recommended.

This townhouse is lovely - neat, clean, and spacious. The main bathroom is huge, and there's also a separate loo downstairs. The heating also works really well, which was a boon to us as we were staying in winter. The owners have clearly spent a lot of time and trouble to make it practical and pleasant. There are only two caveats I'd note on this listing: 1) the private garage is shared with the studio guests, and the washing machine and dryer are also in the shared area;2) two days before we arrived, we received a message from the hosts to let us know that our credit card would be charged a 500 Damage Bond Fee as a security against property damage. If all went well, it would then be refunded 7 days later. While I understand the reasoning behind this, it felt a bit sneaky to not mention it until just before our arrival date as if this was a deal-breaker, it would have left us scrambling for an alternate place to stay. It also felt like we were being judged guilty before even setting foot on the property. As a result, we were very paranoid about even leaving a small mark anywhere in case we then lost the bond, which took a bit of the shine off the stay. It's not a nice headspace to be in, when you're supposed to be relaxing!Other from these two things, this is still a lovely townhouse, with excellent ameneties, and the hosts were easy to communicate with. If you're a naturally neat person, you'll love it!
