The dossier on the coffee table covering the tourist attractions, amenities and hospitality venues was amazing as it also included an informative history of Ned Kelly and the Kelly gang. "My husband & I had a great week away staying at Orchard House. We couldn’t fault anything. Check in & communication/response was excellent. We arrived on a hot afternoon & the air conditioning had been put on for our arrival which was really appreciated. The house was a magnificent home away from home & very well appointed. It was perfectly clean & well maintained. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip back to beautiful Beechworth. A"

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Number Forty Two. The architecturally designed house is terrific - rammed earth walls, timber ceilings and beams, sculptured metal supports. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of crockery and utensils. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated due to the very hot weather that Beechworth experienced during our stay. "Our accommodation was great . We really appreciated the big comfy king bed & full kitchen & washing machine . We came to Beechworth to ride the High Country cycling trails & surrounding gravel roads . Yakandandah was our favorite little village with a bustling vibe. Highly recommend Bare accommodation if you want to be in town & walking distance to local amenities this is a great spot . Very clean & well appointed. "

"It was a very hot weekend so the solitary aircon really struggled to cool the rest of the house. Stove was really old and would have appreciated some instructions on how to use that or the pizza oven. Bbq ignition button didn’t work either. "The room had a hole in the wall, there was a broken window, the carpet was dirty, there were a lot of cobwebs in the ceiling, and the noise during the night coming from the pub was too much to bear. There is no restroom inside the room, although, the 4 shared restrooms were ok. I would totally not recommend this place."
