"We were pleasantly surprised when we stepped into the place. Absolutely fantastic stay. Great amenities. Lots of room. Great kitchen setup with everything you might need. Came from Chicago for an early Christmas celebration with kids & grandkids… it was perfect. Would like to come back late spring with two well trained dogs that could hang out on large front porch. "The home was beautiful, spacious, clean and the beds were so comfy. I loved the king sized bed & en-suite and the extra full bathroom for the queen bedroom works well for adult couples. The kitchen was well stocked with all you would need to cook a meal and the attached garage was a bonus. I am a travel agent and will absolutely be recommending the place to any guests visiting the area. It’s only 15-20 minutes to downtown and close to the main roads, for ease. "

We were able to clearly hear walking/talking above us, but I attributed that to them being in the middle of a flooring project. :)Overall, a wonderful stay and a great place for a longer getaway than we were able to have. The tree by the back/side entrance smacked you in the head every time you walked in…the carpet was rancid with a dog pee smell! Just awful, couldn’t sit on floor and we paid 150.00 for our small 3 pound dog that we kept crated. It was all in allAWFUL! Bathroom walls peeling too-NEVER AGAIN"
