"We arrived at 9:00 PM to check in. No one was at the front desk. We called a phone number for late night arrivals but no one answer. We now have to look for a hotel. I hope they do not charge us for the room we did not get."

"My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay! Great view and nice location near everything on Beech mountain! The fireplace is a nice touch and the bed was very comfortable! We will definitely stay here again in the future."
