The Beehive in Bee Springs

  • Beautiful restored older home with a wrap around porch for lots of outside seating. Short, 10-15 minute drive to Mammoth Cave, Nolin Lake, and Blue Holler Off-road Park. This unique home has been fully restored with new appliances, hardwood floors, gas log fireplace, and windows.

    Outside, one will enjoy the awesome firepit with plenty of chairs and hotdog sticks. Or take a break and enjoy the new hot tub we just installed!! Other outside activities include cornhole and just a block away is Bee Spring Park. This park features a 1/4 mile track, a pavilion with picnic tables, 4 horse shoe pits, and tons of playground equipment situated on a soft rubber underlayment to protect the little ones.

Great place to stay for a Mammoth Cave visit. Clearly an older home which has been lovingly updated. We had a great time and everything we needed was right there. Host was easy to communicate with and very helpful!

The house was very clean and ready for our stay. Wi-fi was very fast. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the hosts were very friendly and available if we needed anything.My only issue was that the TV was not a smart TV, so you'll have to bring a FireStick, Roku device, or a PC with HDMI to watch anything. Luckily, I had my PC with me, hooked it up, and we watched as much YouTubeTV as we needed.I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, or recommend this house to a friend. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in October and it was truly wonderful! Great location for us and the hosts left us a honey and wine gift. It was comfortable and interior was decorated well. We loved relaxing in the hot tub end of day. Would definitely stay again

The bee hive is very clean and relaxing we enjoyed our stay the past two nights.we went to crystal onyx cave and to dinosaur world and to mammoth cave very easy to get to. Very happy with our stay. We did end up leaving to make our drive back to Michigan at 330am to be home in a timely manner. But our stay at the bee hive was very beautiful and very well relaxing easpicilly in the hot tub .

Visiting

The home was beautiful and so clean, with lots of room for the four of us. We visited family and Nolin Lake and enjoyed eating at PJs Cafe for breakfast each morning. Loved porch sitting as well, great location for us.

Family vacation to Bowling Green area

Lovely, cozy home that is conveniently located near Mammoth Caves National Park and Bowling Green. The hosts made our visit very comfortable and we hope to be back in the future!

Nice stay

House was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Good place for family to stay while attending a weekend wedding at Paradise Pines nearby. Beautiful area. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful property! They had everything we needed. Coffee maker and pods for the Keurig. Lots of towels, plenty of kitcen supplies, also a great location.

Very nice!

Great location if you want to visit Mammoth Cave National Park and avoid any crowds. The bedrooms upstairs are attic rooms, great for kids - no windows.
