"We didn't get to see any animals during our 9 day stay. A limb went through the roof and it rained and was damp and had a mildew smell so we were put in a nice cabin for the first night while they fixed it. The next day we moved into the cabin. It smelled nice. After 3 days the mildew smell came back. The cleaning crew failed to clean behind the sofa and nightstands but the rest was visually appealing. I think maybe due to the limb coming through the roof during a storm, it might be a good idea...

"The place was spotless and very comfortable. We attended a wedding at the Villa nearby, and the location was perfect! Because of the seclusion of the property, the hosts have had bad experiences with guests in the past and are a little more uptight than past experiences with VRBO, but they were very nice and accommodating nonetheless. Several other people live/work on the property and there are lots of restrictions on where you can and can’t go, so you don’t have a true free rein as we expected...

"The host was very responsive and accessible. The house is freshly updated and uncluttered. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The view is lovely. The showers are small but manageable and there is no washing machine or dryer at this property. Overall it is a nice place and met our need for sleeping and making breakfast.
