"The property is well located with multi storey car park nearby and the river views very welcoming. Check in late at night was a bit hap hazard, mainly due to process changes but when we really wanted to get to bed it was a bit delayed. The bed was comfy, shower very good and over all very comfortable. "

"The property is lovely and has a very traditional English feel which we appreciated, however the entire property lacks any ventilation/airflow - suffice to say there is also no air conditioning - which made the rooms simply insufferable during a heat wave. Recognizing that the climate has changed, management needs to provide at minimum a fan per room to enable some degree of ventilation and air movement during summer months if they expect guests to be able to sleep and enjoy the facilities."

"El hotel es la típica casita inglesa muy acogedora, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy cucas, al parecer antiguamente creo que hace más de 20 años pero no estoy seguro se llamaba Shakespeare hotel y era conocido tanto en Bedford como en Londres.
