"We loved our stay at the Carriage House. Patrick and Kathryn were wonderful hosts. They provided information in a timely manner, and were quick to respond to any questions. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and well appointed, and Patrick and Kathryn included truly thoughtful touches. The location was perfect for exploring Croton-on-Hudson and the Hudson Valley. We'd love to come back!"

"This property worked out perfectly for our family group. We needed a home that could accommodate 14 people across 3 generations comfortably and this property definitely addressed our needs. "We had a wonderful stay! The house was well appointed, clean, and had everything we needed. The views were absolutely stunning and made for a relaxing, scenic getaway. "Property was almost ad advertised, with the exception of the parking space. When we arrived, we moved a rope partition in front ot the property to park and unload. The owner of the adjacent unit prompt;y came out to tell us that this was his spot that he ernted out and that we could not stay there. There were already two cars in the back, one without plates. Needed to speak with owner to clarify. After this the parking situation was OK. Property was neat and clean. Could have used more towels...

"This property is a wonderful alternative to the expensive hotels around Greenwich. It was no frills - there are two bedrooms with large beds and TVs, a bathroom, and kitchenette with a pod coffeemaker. We didn't spend a lot of time there, which worked for us. It's quiet, backcountry Greenwich, on a pond. We saw a fox and a baby deer and fell asleep to the bullfrogs. "

"Conveniently located, quiet, comfortable beds, designated free parking, full kitchen, and always felt safe. We all enjoyed watching the marmot out our bedroom window! (Currently there is construction on the house next door, so the view out the dining area isn't great.) Was disappointed there were only 4 pods for the Keurig for 4 people for 3 mornings. (Coffee in the morning is important to us.) Responses from owner were on occasion slow. Overall it was a very nice stay!"
