"We had 2 wonderful weeks at this property. The location was fantastic as was the view. It was very well equipped and comfortable. There were plenty of places to eat in or takeaway or just sit for coffee. A couple of minor problems were quickly resolved by the agent. Easily accessible and with parking underground secure. Only minor complaint was the towels provided which were well past their sell-by date. (We went a bought a couple of bath towels for £15.)"

The apartment was excellent too - clean and comfortable and had everything you need for home from home living. Westward Ho! is a charming destination with good restaurants and a lovely beach. "Brilliant location - quiet apartment/flat in rural area. Within 30-60mins of many fab Cornish places - Eden Project, Jamaica Inn, North coastline (Boscastle, Tintagel, Padstow). Some fabulous family activities close by. Township only 1mile away. Clean & tidy flat, with all the amenities needed, full kitchen, bathroom, pull-out sofa & hosts provided an airbed for 2nd teen. "Everything about The Getaway was perfect. Penny & Gary were the most gracious hosts and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could ever need. As far as location, you couldn’t get a much better spot, close to Sainsburys for your grocery needs and a short walk to town or the beach. We visit Cornwall every 2 years and The Getaway will be our home away from home every time now! "
