Amazing Ski Chalet in Big White

Absolutely phenomenal ski-in, ski-out experience at Big White! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—the slopes were literally at our back doorstep, making it effortless to maximize our time on the mountain. The accommodations were spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, with stunning views of the snow-covered trees and ski runs. The location was unbeatable—true ski-in, ski-out convenience meant we could pop back for lunch, warm up by the fireplace, and head right back out. After a long day of skiing, relaxing in the private hot tub under the stars was the perfect way to unwind.The hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the entire atmosphere of Big White was lively yet family-friendly. Between the fantastic powder, well-groomed runs, and the charming village just a short ski away, this was hands-down one of the best ski trips we’ve ever had. Already counting down the days until we can return and hope to stay at this beautiful property again!

Big White at its finest!

We feel very blessed to return to the perfect Big White Chalet. Everything about this place is a great complement to all Big White has to offer. Truly provides ski in/out convenience along with wonderful floor plan for group to enjoy. Our group of 8 had plenty of space to relax or enjoy the hot tub after long day on the slopes. The chalet has no equal on Big White in our opinion!

Perfect Location / Great Place

We loved skiing right to our backdoor and having a great change room upon arrival. We could easily walk to the restaurants and ski to the main lifts. House is beautiful! Joy and Lowell were very quick to respond and obviously know what they are doing. Highly recommended!

Spectacular

Our family of 7 adults ages 21 and up had a wonderful time last week. The home is beautiful and well kept. The location is perfect with easy access to the village and the best ski in ski out that I have ever booked. Lowell and Joy were wonderful hosts and Lowell answered all of my enquiries promptly. We hope to book it again for future ski holidays.

Best location and overall accommodations

This property will not disappoint. Better than the pictures. Our group of three families and friends had plenty of space to enjoy this elegant and cozy chalet in the best location on the hill. We will definitely be back. Thanks to Joy and her family for being amazingly responsive and creating the most comfortable environment for us to have a great trip.

Dream Stay!!!

We had an absolutely amazing time in Big White. We had both skiers and non-skiers in our group and everyone had a blast. The ski in/ski out could not be more accurate. Truly step out the door and onto the Woodcutter run which zips you straight down to the Plaza, Ridge Rocket and Snow Ghost lifts. All of these chairs give you great access to all level runs. Our evenings were filled with plenty of giggles from the Pac-Man game (several of us are in our early 50s and were alive during the arcade craze in the 80s) to some serious pool shark action. We were yelling and cheering each other on. Lots of time was spent using the hot tub after a day on the slopes to ease some muscles so we could be back out the next day!! The kitchen had every possible gadget you could imagine and the bedrooms had all the correct configurations for our party. No one was stuck couch surfing :-) We are already planning our trip back next year - huge thank you to Lowell and Joy

Awesome property, plenty to do

This was a great stay for our family and friends. The kids love playing the arcade games and the parents had pool and the hot tub. WIsh there was AC as we stayed on some really hot summer days, but I understand that being a mountain/ski resort location, probably not the higher priority. Great location if you're interested in mountain biking and definitely in the winter for ski in/out. Would highly reommend staying here!! We even took a few day trips to Kelowna which is bit of a distance but still doable!

Spring break at Big White

Joy and Lowell have the BEST house on the hill with the BEST location. Their home is large, comfortable and cozy. It has every amenity you may want in a ski chalet: built in coffee maker, wine fridge, pool table and games room, theatre seating, large and spacious bedrooms and bunk bed rooms, gorgeous views of the Monashee Mountains and the ski runs, hot tub, laundry room and double car garage. The list goes on! The ski storage room has lots of storage for all your gear including a boot warmer for 5. This home has it all! Joy and Lowell were very easy to deal with and answered all our questions very quickly and thoroughly. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back!!
