I can speak for my group of 11 and say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The booking info was accurate and I’d actually say we were pleasantly surprised upon showing up. The hosts were always fast to respond and it was evident they wanted to be of service and wanted us to have a good time. There is perfect access to a chairlift, and you can ski right back to the back door. I would stay here again.

Big White Spring Break Weekend

Got lucky with some stellar conditions in the mountain. Frank and Shayne have a great place for sleeping and accomodation 8 or more people. Would come here again!

Perfect experience

We wanted to give our children a mountain ski experience and my goodness did this place deliver. When they say ski in/out they mean it. We had 7 people with ample room. Lots of washrooms, hot tub and view were fantastic. It was a little bit of a hike to the village but there is also a free shuttle you can catch. All in all a fantastic experience

Great space and location

We were 8 adults and 4 babies under 1. The house was perfect with each of the couples having a double bed. And a really great social area upstairs for babies to play in and for us to socialize in. Ski in and out and a 20min walk to the village was perfect. Great stay and would highly recommend!

Best ski in ski out

This is our 7th year at Big White staying at Shayne and Frank’s property. We love it! Well equipped for cooking (even have an air fryer) and after ski relaxing. Beautiful fireplace controlled by temperature, hot tub was new, hot and so roomy. True ski in and out - our door was 15 feet from the run. Shayne and Frank respond very promptly to maintenance issues. We have already reserved for next year.

February Family meetup

Great place for our family with good bed configuration, well equipped kitchen and ski in/out access. A few blankets and pillows in the living area would make it cozy. Would help to be more explicit about the parking: as only one spot in garage for a small vehicle and a steep sloping, snowy driveway upon our exit. Lots of parking in the nearby public lot though, midweek. Other tenants were often parking on the driveway making access sometimes difficult. A few supplies were missing like extra garbage bags, basic bathing supplies, oil and at least one morning’s supply of tea and coffee. Fortunately, we brought our own of all of these.

Best ski in/ ski out

This property was perfect for us and our kids and friends/partners. Lots of room, excellent location. Lots of bathrooms for everyone. And affordable for the crew. An excellent weekend! (Except the 18 hrs. Power outage nobody could have expected!)

Clean, well equipped unit

Loved our stay at this unit. Kitchen was well equipped with all utensils and cooking items. Beds were very comfortable. Ski in and ski out convenience. Hot tub was great and checked by a service while we were there. Note that it is a bit of an uphill walk into the village across ski trails. There is no resort shuttle service. Overall a great experience

Great ski in ski out

Property is as advertised. If you are heading to Big White to ski, this is your place. Perfect set up for families. We were two families of four. Lots of room for all of is inside and perfect for kids that want more outside time after a day on the hill.

Fantastic Property!

Shayne and Frank’s place was perfect for our stay in Big White. The location was amazing and the ski in ski out access was perfect. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including cake pans for a birthday cake! The several options for making coffee, a keurig, French press, and drip coffee maker, was handy as well. The large kitchen and island made preparing meals easy and enjoyable. The living room was cozy and the view is really what made this accommodation one of the best that we’ve stayed in, we were able to keep an eye on the kids while they were playing in the snow outside while prepping meals or lounging in the sunshine in the living room. Plus a lovely view of the mountains in the distance! The four bedroom configuration was perfect for our 3 families and the kids were happy to play and watch movies in the downstairs bedrooms. The kids are already asking when we can go again!

Perfect Christmas

BEST CHRISTMAS EVER! Being right off Serwa, we snowboarded everyday and went tobogganing every night. It was the perfect size for us with 6-7 adults. We can't wait to stay here again because we really had the best Christmas!:)

Fantastic ski in and out location for all levels

We loved this location on the hill at Big White! This unit was absolutely the best for our family with 4 little ones and a few chefs who love to cook. The kids loved watching the groomers in the early evening and the snow was epic every day. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a relaxing time at Big White.

Great location

This property is literally right next to the chair lifts. Could not be handier for getting in and out. No problems checking in and place was clean. Nice sized hot tub. Handy ski locker off downstairs exterior door making it easy for in and out. Great communication with owners. We had an awesome stay and recommend this property!!

Great space for groups of families!

We had 4 families in our group - 8 adults and 6 kids. This property fit us very well. The bedrooms are downstairs from the common living space, so there was good separation when kids went to bed and adults stayed up. Bedrooms had plenty of space - even the bunk rooms where we had 4 people in each room. There was enough space for us to move around and all our stuff. The kitchen was well stocked, enough dishes and cutlery that if we forgot to run the dishwasher after a meal, we would have enough dishes for the next meal. Dinner seating could be improved - there were really only 9 seats for people to eat at a table. We made due by sitting on the couch, but if the property says it accommodates a certain number of people, there should be meal seating for that number. Ski in/ski out were ideal! There are also 2 areas (back entrance and garage) to ski in/out and store ski equipment, so there was plenty of room for gear. We had a couple of times we had to communicate with the property owner via the VRBO app and they were always responsive. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Best Kitchen on the ski hill!

This property is located in an easy ski-in, ski-out location on the hill. There is lots of room for sleeping in the 4-bedrooms and it is the most equipped kitchen of any ski condo we have stayed at. There is ample dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils to accomodate guests. If you are looking for a well maintained ski cabin to reconnect with your love for winter sports this is the place to stay. It is easy to watch kids sled right outside the unit as you relax in the hot tub or on the couch after a long day on the slopes.

Spectacular Spring Break Stay

This chalet was very comfortable and spacious for our three families. The kitchen was clean and well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for our young families with ski in and ski out access off of Serwas and close to the chair lifts. The chalet was very private with vista views, enjoyed from the hot-tub after a long day of skiing. Our stay made for a memorable Spring Break and we will definately be back!
