"Clean and cozy….nice stay overall"

"Great location for i675 highway access, The Greene, restaurants, Delco Park. The house was clean but the yard had not been cut in weeks. There were a lot of weeds in the front and back yard and it was never cut during our 10 night stay. There is a dehumidifier (which we emptied twice a day) in the living room and i noticed there were two air freshener plug-ins in every room but the living room and bathroom. We had to kill 6 earwigs and 4 spiders during our stay. The earwigs gave us a clue...

"The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....

"Very sketchy neighborhood, including smashed liquor bottles at the foot of the porch steps. The online photos of the interior are very misleading. Unit is old, poorly renovated and bare bones furnishings. We quickly discovered the place had not been cleaned since the last occupancy … dusty furniture, stagnant water in the bathroom sink which had an inoperable drain, and dirty sheets on the bed with undeniable evidence too gross to mention. There was also a very noticeable stench of marijuana...
