A central location to make getting our young kids on and off the mountain easier. Condo was great, Gerry had lots of positive suggestions and the kids loved the heated pool! The building staff was friendly as well, offering us another parking spot to get in/out easier in the parking garage. No complaints.…

A white Christmas Stay.…

The condo at Lower Borders Lodge was excellent! The condo is spacious, with modern furnishings, and very clean. The kitchen, bathrooms, and rooms are updated with modern decor. The location of the condo has a private feeling and away from high traffic areas. The condo's location is in the Beaver Creek community but comfortably away from the high traffic town center. However, the community's transit systems easy use makes traveling anywhere within the small community simple. Walking to the town center (ice rink) is within a few minutes up a slight incline.…The condo at Lower Borders Lodge was excellent! The condo is spacious, with modern furnishings, and very clean. Great Stay at The Charter…

Our 3rd year in a row staying at The Charter while skiing at Beaver Creek. This 2 bedroom unit was very nice with two nice sized bedrooms (1 King bed the other with 2 queen beds). Each bedroom had attached full bathrooms and separate sink areas. A large family room area with wood burning fireplace and adjoining balcony. The fully equipped kitchen was great for preparing meals. Dining area with a 6 place large table. The unit also had a washer and dryer. Overall very nice and clean. Would recommend it's time to remodel the kitchen as everything look original circa late 80s. However, everything worked and it was fine. Make sure to bring your own consumables. There was hardly any TP in the bathrooms and the onsite housekeeping does not support this unit with any supplies. The beds were comfortable and each room had a TV. The Charter amenities are second to none. The indoor swimming pool and large indoor hot tub were open. Also, both outdoor hot tubes and fire pit were open and fantastic after a day skiing or in the AM getting the day started. During our stay guests had to reserve a time slot due to COVID but the facility was available. The gym was also open. The staff at the Charter were very friendly and helpful as well and although this is an older property they do a great job and we will return next year for sure.…Our 3rd year in a row staying at The Charter while skiing at Beaver Creek. Great location and Communication…

The property was perfect. My 14yo son called it "amazing." Very clean. Everything was spotless. Was perfect for my son and I. Likely good for 4 or 6 people . 8 might get a bit crowded in the living room. Checkin and Checkout was great. Fantastic, direct communication with the owner. Very Helpful. For skiing: the ski-way down to the elkhorn lift is literally 30 steps out of the back of the building. You can ski down to the Elkhorn and then - with a little planning on the ski map - easily make it anywhere. On the way back, just plan to make it back to the base of strawberry park express and take the ski path on the left. It will drop you right off at the back of the building. 3 min walk bit up- hill to the village but super close. Will definitely return next time we come to Beaver Creek.…The property was perfect.
