This brand-new remodeled home (2024), locally owned and operated, is a 4-bedroom, 2-bath home located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house comfortably sleeps up to eight guests with plush, well-designed living spaces, and very comfortable beds. The airy kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home. Peaceful, safe and centrally-located in Beaumont, Texas, it is 25 minutes from anywhere in the “Golden Triangle” (Beaumont, Port Arthur, and Orange).
1. ISSUES/CONCERNS/BREAKAGE: Please report any issues to me via email, booking channel messages, or text so that I can promptly attend to them.
2. NO PETS are allowed - if a pet is brought inside, there is a $300 fee added to your bill.
3. SMOKING, VAPING, and E-CIGS: Please do not smoke or vape anywhere inside the cottage. $300 fee if a guest smokes/vapes in the home.
4. NO LARGE PARTIES ARE ALLOWED: If an unauthorized large party is hosted in the home, there will be a $500 fee added to your billing, in addition to any damages. If a noise violation is reported to authorities, that is cause for immediate termination of the booking, and a $500 fee via your booking channel payment method.
5. Ruined linens (bed or bath) will incur a replacement charge via your booking channel payment method.
