"Exceptionally friendly welcome and service from Hazel and the team. The room was beautiful, charming and full of character. The SMEG kettle and teapot were a thoughtful touch. We enjoyed the freshly cooked breakfast, although it’s a pity that the restaurant isn’t open in the evenings any more. Overall, thoroughly enjoyable and we won’t hesitate to return. "

"This lodge and owners far surpassed our expectations. The moment we walked in we felt at home. It is lovingly kept and decorated with charm. There was everything we needed and more to make our stay perfect. Located just 8 minutes from Beaumaris centre. Yet it is so quiet and peaceful. Looking out in the back garden masses of lovely birds are swinging on the bird feeder.Apart from the sweet blue tits and others little birds but woodpeckers, magpies and then a crow tried to get his share but...

"The house was lovely, it was comfortable, with plenty of space and spotlessly clean! The view of Snowdonia and the Menai Straits was outstanding and we were fortunate to experience mostly clear weather when we were there. The view alone would be enough to tempt us back to Eryri but the location just above Beaumaris and the comfort of the house would make it a certainty! We ate in two places whilst there Dylans in nearby Menai Bridge and the Liverpool Arms and recommend both."

"Kings House was a surprise when we walked in, from what looks like a small frontage it opens into a huge house with loads of space. Garden is a sun trap, hot tub well used! Right in Beaumaris town near pier and sea front, castle, shops, pubs and restaurants. Recommend Red Boat ice cream parlour. "
