Coffee in the morning and wine in the evening in the courtyard was the perfect start and end to our days!The cottage was in the perfect location to enjoy the historic Beaufort area, and easy drive to Edisto and Hunting Islands.The bikes were our favorite way to enjoy Beaufort and Port Royal.Denise was a wonderful host and very helpful!

This quaint little cottage was perfect for us, it’s in a quiet area. We were able to walk to the downtown area for all our meals and we biked over to Port Royal as the house is close to the Spanish Moss Trail. Host were responsive and cottage was very clean.

This was a great place to stay for a weekend in Beaufort. The location is great, within walking distance of downtown yet also very private. The space has everything you need with a stocked kitchen, bathroom and living area. Checking in was easy and the host is very prompt at responding to messages. This was a great place to celebrate our six year anniversary.

We has a lot or restaurant choices close by, a beautiful and quaint town that was awesome and we took a cart tour that was very informative. We both needed rest so we got that and iverall it was a good weekend!! The cottage was very nice for 2 people and our puppy!!

Great location - great place to stay

My husband and I truly enjoyed the stay! It was a wonderful place to stay. We had just the right amount of space for us and our fur baby. We loved that we were in walking distance of a great breakfast place as well as downtown. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a welcoming stay and convenient location.

3 rainy days in Beaufrt

Our cottage was well located within walking distance of Bay Street. Unfortunately, it rained for most of our stay. Thankfully, the cozy cottage stayed dry and had all the amenities necessary to keep us comfortable. Great location for dogs. It’s not easy finding fully fenced in outdoor space.

Sanctuary Cottage

The name fit the accommodations. It was a perfect location for our stay in Beaufort. The accommodations were very welcoming and just what we were looking for.Denise provided easy instructions for checking in and out. She was very prompt when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the cottage.It is a great place for a couple to spend a short getaway.

The bikes were great, gas grill, fire pit fantastic. Only negatives, broken chair on front porch dangerous, rug in front room dirty and should be replaced, bed could certainly be up graded. The location can’t be beat. Thank you

Cute little cottage!!

We loved the cottage and the location. Just a short walk to the town which has some great restaurants and shops. Only an hour away from Savannah and Edisto Beach. Denise, the host, was very nice. If we come that way again I would stay here!!

Sweet Sanctuary!!

Denise’s “Sanctuary Cottage” was my refuge from Hurricane Helene. It was such a bright spot for me after leaving the wreckage in Augusta Georgia. The cottage was perfectly appointed with everything I could possibly need!!f I had my small dog with me, we walked to the marina and the downtown of Beaufort.everyday. We had the best time!! I can’t wait to visit again!!

Great location

Great location made for an easy walk to the waterfront. The absolute only thing I would suggest would be to trim back the growth on the fences. Otherwise, was excellent! Enjoyed our stay!
