This simple chalet designed for a family life is ideal for a pleasant holiday in the ski resort of Arêches-Beaufort. Additional charges. 200€.
It is one of those typical chalets from the years of the construction of the Roselend dam (1960) which were built to house the foremen of the dam. Preserved in the state: green and white shutters, shimmering, sunny terrace facing south with stunning views of the mountain and the bell tower.
You are 5 minutes walk from the shops and yet enjoy a great calm.
The mythical Gum Ball that all children know for its sleds is at your feet.

You access the chalet from a dead end, by a small staircase that leads either to the ground floor, or through a small balcony perron sheltered, directly on the 1st floor and the living room.
In the DRC:
- A Skiroom/unbasting entrance, the boiler and a shed to dry your belongings or wash them (washing machine).
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 80 x 190 and 1 baby bed (sleeps 2 + cot)
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (sleeps 2)
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds joined together into a double bed (sleeps 2)
- 1 bathroom (shower, washbasin and toilet)

On the 1st floor (access either from the balcony/porch or by stairs from inside)
- 1 kitchen with window, fully equipped (Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hood, raclette/ fondue appliances, with pancakes, stove with 3 gas burners, 1 electric fire, 1 electric oven, kettle, KRUPS coffee maker, microwave, kitchen table, cupboards).
- 1 living/dining area, with 1 small square table and 1 large extendable table)

- 1 lounge area with sofa and TV, opening onto a beautiful sunny terrace facing south (garden furniture and parasol)

Beds (blankets) - Baby kit on site: 1 cot, 1 high chair, bath, barrier for stairs.

Access to the top floor under slope by a narrow and quite steep staircase (maximum 1.65 m ridge) with 2 small bedrooms, ideal for children from 6 to 12 years old (as small cabins).
