This was a beautiful home with a great location. The ease to get to the beach was amazing. The back deck with the rocking chairs and fans was such a delight. The house was so comfortable and big which allowed for a wonderful family vacation. The owner was very communicative! Will certainly come back.

A slice of heaven

Absolutely wonderful, 9 adult women had plenty of space and the views were phenomenal. Very well stocked kitchen and we used the grill 4 out of five times. The owners were nothing short of fabulous, very helpful and thorough. Great stay

Lovely stay at Fripp

The location of this property can’t be beat. We had plenty of room for our group of 5 adults and 3 children. Communication with owners was very good. Looking forward to booking our next stay!

Great family vacation!

Great location. Plenty of room. Great beach access. Ample parking. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets and overall community. Our grandchildren enjoyed seeing the deer. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beach house.

Fripp Vacation

We had such a great time during our week. Everything was fabulous at the house and the beach was amazing. We loved using the rocking chairs on the back porch in the mornings and night after our day at the beach. Hoping to be able to get back there soon!!

Weekend getaway

Went with a group of girlfriends for a relaxing weekend beach getaway. This house was perfect! Everything was as described - lots of room for our group of 6 to spread out! Kitchen was very well stocked. Furniture was comfortable. Perfect location right on the beach! Golf cart was great too! The hosts were very responsive and helpful as well!

Annual family reunion

Loved this house! Living and dining areas were large and comfortable. We prepared and ate all meals there, and the kitchen was well equipped. Two large refrigerator/freezers in the kitchen provided ample room for our food for the entire week. The owners were prompt with answers to a few questions and easy to work with. Great space for groups of 10-12 people.

Great home

We very much enjoyed this home. The back porch with the view of the ocean was wonderful. The deck walk out to the beach entrance was great and easy to use. The home had plenty of space for three families of 4. The location was perfect for us. We used the kayaks and loved them. We were able to walk them over to an easy entry spot. A really great home.

On The Fripp Side

The Fripp Side is a great house to rent! Perfect location. You can see the sunrise and set. We were a group of 8 ladies. Plenty of room!!! Thank you for sharing!

Loved the Fripp side

The location was perfect, convenient but away from the crowded beach. The beach was huge at low tide and the kids loved playing in the tidal pools. The house was super well equipped and everything was in good working order. We rented the golf cart and that was so fun. The sitting and dining areas had plenty of room for our extended family. We loved the rocking chairs on the wide porches where the house sits right behind the dunes and with an attached walkway to the beachwalk. Literally a minute to walk out to the beach.

Perfect Relaxation Getaway

Loved it!! The house is even more beautiful than reflected in these pictures. Plenty of space for our three families - with room to spare! Clean and extremely well-stocked with linens, towels and kitchen supplies. Location as described - amazing sunrise and sunsets with direct access to the beach. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful and peaceful

The house and island were beautiful. The house easily accommodated two families with young kids. The kitchen offered lots of dishes, cooking utensils and tools. Two large fridges offered plenty of storage space for food and drinks. The beach was clean and easily accessible. We really enjoyed using the golf cart to cruise around the island and explore.

Lovely Retreat

Myself and seven widows stated here for four nights. The property was lovely, open living room, spacious kitchen with coffee bar and not one but two refrigerators. The back porch is steps from the ocean with a spectacular view. Communication with owners was easy with cery speedy responses. Coming back in a year to do it again but for a week!

Loved the location

It was fantastic to be right on the beach and we virtually had it to ourselves the whole time - that was awesome. The accommodations were comfortable and we enjoyed cooking and hanging out inside and out. The only complaint was that the floors didn't seem clean when we arrived and some weren't sure about the bedding. Drawers were also not very clean.

Great House, Great Location

We all loved our stay! The house is simple, but cozy. It was clean and the owners addressed any questions and issues within a few moments. The deer came up to the porch several times a day and the access to the beach is just a few steps. The island itself is perfect for relaxing or staying active. We saw dolphins several times a day from the front porch. Book the golf cart, it’s a great deal and you will need it. We will be back!

Wonderful porch

Our favorite part was sitting on the porch overlooking the ocean while rocking in the wonderful rocking chairs. The porch is covered and there is a nice breeze so we never got hot. The house suited our needs nicely. There was a slight musty smell in the common areas if the air conditioning wasn’t running but that would be the only thing that bothered us. We loved the two refrigerators!

Beautiful beach front home with stunning views and sounds of the ocean waves. The indoor living spaces were big, bright, and comfortable. The beds were all very comforable ad well. There was plenty of parking for our family members. Communication with the host was quick and easy. We loved everything about our stay!

This was the most wonderful 4 days! 4 generations. We had plenty plenty of room. Downstairs was so great for the toddler family. No one could believe the beach access was so great. You felt like the waves were arms reach. King Tide was especially impressive. Fishing, crabing, shrimp and flounder from Gay's. Kitchen is AMAZING! Porches rocking chairs. Deer every day. DO NOT FEED! Alligators to see on our golf cart ride. Directions easy both in and leaving. You truly have to see to believe! Oh. Room for 3 cars and 2 big trucks to park! Our memories are priceless. We will be back.
